At PA CHOP, we are a passionate non-profit organization dedicated to empowering low-income families and individuals with disabilities across Pennsylvania. Our mission is to provide accessible healthcare, wellness services, and essential resources to those who need them most.

WHO DO WE CATER TO Serving Those Who Need Us Most

Our programs are designed to support adults and seniors facing physical, intellectual, developmental, and mental health challenges. We focus on low-income individuals, especially those who are uninsured or underinsured, and provide essential assistance for working-age adults who need help with healthcare navigation, job support, benefits, and financial counseling. Additionally, we assist seniors (65+) with chronic conditions or disabilities by guiding them through Medicare and Medicaid enrollment, while offering in-home support, access to assistive devices, and transportation assistance to ensure they receive the care they deserve.
